Ko\u0142\u0142\u0105taja 14\/10 43-300 Bielsko-Bia\u0142a , entered in the CEIDG under NIP: 5472141035, REGON: 526767295 .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the shop, placing of orders, conclusion of sales contracts, payment, delivery and returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every customer is obliged to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a72 Definitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer - an individual, legal entity or organisational unit purchasing from the shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shop - online shop available at www.zielekada.art<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retailer - shop owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchandise - products offered in the shop, mainly clothing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account - an individual user account in the shop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a73 Placing orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders can be placed 24\/7 via the shop's website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To place an order, the Buyer should add the goods to the basket, proceed to the checkout and enter the data required to complete the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a74 Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The available forms of payment are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online payment (...)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BLIK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prices of the goods are given in Polish zloty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a75 Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery is by courier or parcel service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery time is usually between 2 and 7 working days after payment has been credited. Delivery times outside Poland are longer and depend on the courier company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is also possible when choosing the cash on delivery option. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For orders from outside Poland, all customs duties, taxes and other import charges are paid by the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a76 Withdrawal from the contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send your statement to the following email address:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:office@zielekada.art\">office@zielekada.art<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods are returned at the buyer's expense.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a77 Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the goods are found to be defective, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complaint should be reported to the email address:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:office@zielekada.art\">office@zielekada.art<\/a>, stating the description of the defect and the order details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints are dealt with within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a78 User account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The buyer can create an account in the shop, which allows him to view his order history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The account can be deleted at the user's request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a79 Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shop reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
