And that's a very good thing - because proper care of hand-dyed garments makes a huge difference to their appearance and longevity. If you want the colours to stay beautiful for as long as possible, it's worth knowing a few simple rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Less often is better<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Above all - wash only when you really need to. Every wash, even the most delicate, gradually weakens the dye. The less often you wash, the longer you can enjoy intense, saturated colours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf3f Vegetable-dyed clothes - how to care for them?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temperature matters<br>Use cool water, preferably up to 30\u00b0C. High temperatures can leach out the natural dye.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delicate detergents<br>Choose natural products: soap flakes, laundry nuts, organic liquids designed for delicate fabrics. Avoid strong detergents, borax or bleach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hand washing is the best choice<br>However, if you use a washing machine, choose a gentle and short programme. Remember that power washing can cause colours to fade over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dry and store in the shade<br>The sun's rays - especially when the fabric is wet - can accelerate the dye fading process. Therefore, avoid drying in the sun and always store your clothes in a dry, shaded place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention in the kitchen!<br>Some natural dyes are sensitive to acids. Stains from lemon, vinegar or other acidic products can lead to permanent discolouration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Finally...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hand-dyed garments are small works of art - unique and special. They repay you with beauty, but they require tenderness and care.
