I dyed the \u201eChestnut Fairy\u201d circle skirt using the ecoprint technique \u2013 each leaf left its own unique mark.<\/p>\n
This skirt is from the \u201eProjekt \u0141\u0105ka\u201d collection, made from a very comfortable and soft raw cotton fabric (100%). It\u2019s a cotton that will wrap itself comfortably around your body all year round. I\u2019ve chosen the thickness so that it can be worn in spring and summer as well as in autumn and winter.<\/p>\n
I created this skirt using a natural plant-dyeing process known as ecoprint \u2013 a contact printing technique. To make it, I used leaves from chestnut, maple and rowan trees, which imparted their shapes and essence to the fabric. A magical background created using decoctions of woodruff, wood sorrel and bluebells.<\/p>\n
Made from a full circle, with pockets, and finished with soft elastic at the waist - giving you complete freedom of movement and everyday comfort.<\/p>\n
Dimensions :<\/span><\/p>\n Belt: 66<\/span>cm-110cm (min - max rubber dimension) <\/span><\/p>\n Length: 106 cm<\/span><\/p>\n The skirt can be shortened to 100 cm while retaining the pattern.<\/p>\n Each skirt is made in one piece only and is unique.
