'Meadow at Sunset' Cotton Skirt

I dyed this circle skirt, „Meadow at Sunset”, using the ecoprint technique – every leaf left its own unique mark.

This skirt is from the „Projekt Łąka” collection, made from a very comfortable and soft raw cotton fabric (100%). It’s a cotton that will wrap itself comfortably around your body all year round. I’ve chosen the thickness so that it can be worn in spring and summer as well as in autumn and winter.

I created this skirt using a natural plant-based dyeing process known as eco-printing – a contact printing technique. To create it, I used leaves from horse chestnut, palm maple, birch and fern, as well as bur-dock flowers, which imparted their shapes and essence to the fabric. A magical background created using decoctions of onion skins, birch and cornflower.

Made from a full circle, with pockets, and finished with soft elastic at the waist - giving you complete freedom of movement and everyday comfort.
