Returns and complaints policy

Refunds:

1. You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.

3. The product must not show any signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging.
4. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

Complaints:

1. If you receive defective goods, please contact us at: office@zielekada.art.
2. Please attach a photo of the defect and your order number.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
