Terms and conditions of the online shop

§1 General provisions

  1. The Zielekada online shop, available at www.zielekada.art , is run by Zielekada Susan El Meligy,
    ul. Kołłątaja 14/10 43-300 Bielsko-Biała , entered in the CEIDG under NIP: 5472141035, REGON: 526767295 .
  2. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the shop, placing of orders, conclusion of sales contracts, payment, delivery and returns.
  3. Every customer is obliged to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.

§2 Definitions

  • Buyer - an individual, legal entity or organisational unit purchasing from the shop.
  • Shop - online shop available at www.zielekada.art
  • Retailer - shop owner.
  • Merchandise - products offered in the shop, mainly clothing.
  • Account - an individual user account in the shop.

§3 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the shop's website.
  2. To place an order, the Buyer should add the goods to the basket, proceed to the checkout and enter the data required to complete the order.
  3. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

§4 Payments

  1. The available forms of payment are:
    • Bank transfer
    • Online payment (...)
    • BLIK
  2. The prices of the goods are given in Polish zloty.

§5 Delivery

  1. Delivery is by courier or parcel service.
  2. Delivery time is usually between 2 and 7 working days after payment has been credited. Delivery times outside Poland are longer and depend on the courier company.
  3. Delivery is also possible when choosing the cash on delivery option.
  4. For orders from outside Poland, all customs duties, taxes and other import charges are paid by the buyer.

§6 Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send your statement to the following email address: office@zielekada.art
  3. Goods are returned at the buyer's expense.

§7 Complaints

  1. If the goods are found to be defective, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The complaint should be reported to the email address: office@zielekada.art, stating the description of the defect and the order details.
  3. Complaints are dealt with within 14 days.

§8 User account

  1. The buyer can create an account in the shop, which allows him to view his order history.
  2. The account can be deleted at the user's request.

§9 Final provisions

In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

The shop reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. Amendments are valid from the moment of their publication.
